General Questions

Q: Can I have multiple stores?

A: Currently, merchants can connect one store per account. This may change in future updates.

Q: Can I edit a quotation after converting it to an order?

A: No, once a quotation is converted, it cannot be modified. Contact the merchant directly if you need changes.

Q: What happens if I delete a quotation?

A: Only draft quotations can be deleted. Once sent to a merchant, quotations remain in the system for record-keeping.

Q: How do I know when a merchant has quoted my quotation?

A: The quotation status will change to "Quoted" and you'll see it in your dashboard.

For Merchants

Q: Can I edit quantities in a pending quotation?

A: No, you can only edit prices. If quantities need adjustment, contact the trade user or wait for them to modify the quotation.

Q: What if I don't have a product the customer requested?

A: You can remove products from draft quotations you create, but for pending quotations, contact the customer to discuss alternatives.

Q: How do I find my WooCommerce API credentials?

A: In WooCommerce admin: Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add Key. Create a key with Read/Write permissions.

For Trade Users

Q: Can I create quotations for multiple merchants?

A: Yes! You can be linked to multiple merchants and create quotations for any of them.

Q: What if I need to change a quotation after sending it?

A: If it's still pending, contact the merchant. If it's been quoted, you can modify it and resend.

Q: How do I know which products are available?

A: The product browser shows all published products from the merchant's store. Use search and filters to find what you need.
